Also maybe if you did like an unsung artist thing  like an artist people never look at but is like super amazing 

I think the unsung artist would fall under a featured artist category. I would also imagine finding artists that people never look at would generally be a trying challenge. Anything's possible though! SC does have an underrated column, I'm guessing your proposition wouldn't be much different.

The only thing with the under rated column in SC is that, in my opinion, it still doesn't work to well. A lot of people that d deserve followers still aren't getting recognition they deserve.
