Spray Can Social!

Hya! some of you already know that I (vengeance in color or Ally) am the new owner of the Spray Can Social site. This is a great honour but it is extremely hard, It would be fabulous if some of you users could comment here and ask for a certain job. I will ask for a messanger such as kik username, or wattpad username to review some of your opiinions, writing skills, and personality, keep in mind, you must be trained in some way (i.e. took a writing course, got higher than a B+ ( or 70-100% ) on the subject of language more importantly writing) and the more chearier your attitude, the more likley you are to get in, you must also have proper word use (such as no swearing, but sass is allowed  no using the words like emo, or loser as a word to describe someone visually or verbally, Emo is a lifestyle, Scene is a Style). I must also get to know you before you are chosen. So... Requirements: 1.)Comment here with your kik or Wattpad username AFTER you have read everything here and leave what you would primarily like your job to be and your other choices after that, but remember you can only have one job, 2.)you must have good writing skills (courses taken, etc.), 3.)you must have lots of time on your hands, 4.)good people skills, 5.)you must finish writing at least one paragraph about why you want to join and involve many reasons why you would be a good recruit (this will test both your writing skills and help me choose you quicker), 6.)you must be prepared (know you have a good scheduel, think about music lessons or school clubs, practice writing and talking and ask for opinions about your writing from family + check over everything you write and no sloppy entry's or text talk, or else u r not in).  And finally, Jobs avalible: I will be taking care of lots of the jobs but I would like to have little teams to work on each category so that I can take some breaks from time to time and not have to worry, so the jobs currently availible are: News: I need about 1-3 reporters working on "Spray Can Drama" a piece that will be posted onece a week (if all of you can't do it one week I will fill in) this requires contact beetween the three of you and me, 1-6 people finding news in general and posting it in the news category (again you MUST keep in contact with the six of you and me), 1-2 poeple working on spotlight artist which you should update every week but there is no rule about it (try to keep it as an every-week thing because i will be refering it as the AOW) you must both keep in contact with eachother and me, 1-3 people on weekly challenge you can decide if you want one person to be the writer one person to be the judge and one person to tell the winner on their actual account or you can just take turns (again keep contact with yourselves and me), Forums: about 3-6 people to keep  care of the forums and Info tabs so that everyone can be up to date (your basically the ones who answer the questions and post whats going on in the forums), Viewer Care: then I need about 4 people to keep care of a lot of things... ever heard of customer service? It's the people who interact with the customers, in this case it's the viewers but its the same principle, you keep care of the viewers and answer their questions + give them suggestions on how to get more popular or critisims, you must be online a lot because your the most social people on the site. That's most of the jobs.

As you noticed I have been saying a lot that you need to keep in contact with eachother, that's because if something goes wrong for one person, like they can't finish their job, everything could go wrong, which is bad, so you need to keep in contact somehow, Kik, Gmail, Imessage, I don't care just keep in contact, and message me as much as possible, because I really need to know whats happening.

P.S. I would like to get multuple writers, but you must report back to me before posting ANYTHING, I don't want anything bad to happen but I do want to be updating the site weekly if not everyday, sadly I cannot myself, but that does not mean I am okay with trashy content, I need someone with good writing, and people skills, along with good opinions and lots of time on their hands.  thanks for reading.
